Step 1: Enquiry

The Nova Quartet will be back to you by email with a further information and a quote - usually within 24 hours.

Step 2: Booking Form

We’ll send you a booking confirmation form to complete and sign.

Once we have received the completed form, and initial deposit, you’ve locked us in.

Step 3: Confirmation

The Nova Quartet will email you with any further information or questions. Please inform the quartet of any special requests 30 days before your event.

If you forget to inform us about specific music requirements, we will have got you covered. Over the years we’ve learned what music works and where. We will add just the right amount of atmosphere for your day.

The confirmation deposit is $330. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event. If we do not receive payment we cannot perform.

COVID-19 PolicY

Confirming there are no extra fees or charges with The Nova Quartet if your date is postponed due to unexpected Covid State or Federal Government lockdowns.

If social distancing or industry shutdown policies (mandated by State or Federal Governments) mean that your event can no longer go ahead, we will happily postpone your booking for up to 18 months.

In all other circumstances, our usual cancellation policy applies (see below).

Please get in contact ASAP if there are any other unforeseen coronavirus concerns regarding your booking.

Cancellation Policy

Full payment – minus a $330 cancel fee – is refundable up to 30 days before any event.

If a cancellation occurs after this time, 50% of the total hire charge will be payable.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your event are non-refundable.

Limitation on Liability

The liability of The Nova Quartet for any damages arising out of any booking, and/or any performance, is limited to the total amount of any fee which would otherwise be payable for such a booking or performance.
